Just outside the building you'll find the excellent "Pinocchio" pizzeria, the "Fudi" supermarket, "La Tavernetta" bakery, "De Mattei" bakery, a pharmacy, cafés, shops and restaurants—you'll already be in the very center of Sanremo.

Within just a few minutes' walk you can reach the cycling path, the Old Port (Porto Vecchio), Portosole Marina, the beaches in the Morgana area, and the beaches along the Empress Promenade.

You can easily arrive by train and enjoy your entire holiday on foot, without worrying about parking.

If you are arriving by car, I recommend parking around "Via San Francesco", where you can usually find free street parking. Alternatively, there are several paid parking options nearby, including "Palafiori Parking" and the "Via Volta Parking Garage".
