The train station is only a 2-minute walk away, the Sanremo Casino is about 15 minutes on foot, the historic "Pigna" district—the vibrant heart of the old town—is less than 5 minutes away, and the beaches are just a 3-minute walk from the apartment.

This charming one-bedroom apartment features a double bedroom, an open-plan living area with a French-size sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen, plus a bathroom with shower and bidet.

CASA GARIBALDI is the ideal place if you want everything within easy reach!

Right outside the building you'll find a supermarket, a tobacconist, cafés, shops and restaurants—you'll already be in the heart of Sanremo.

Within just a few minutes' walk you can reach the cycling path, Portosole Marina, the South-East waterfront area, which is perfect for children to play, the beaches in the Morgana area and the Tre Ponti beaches. The beaches along the Empress Promenade (Passeggiata dell'Imperatrice) are about a 20-minute walk along the beautiful cycling path.

You can easily arrive by train and enjoy your holiday entirely on foot, without worrying about parking.

If you are arriving by car, I recommend parking around "Via San Francesco", "Via Volta", or "Via Enrico Gavagnin", where you can usually find free street parking. Alternatively, there are several paid parking options nearby, including "Palafiori Parking" and the "Via Volta Parking Garage".
