LA VILLETTA (maximum 4 guests)
A three-room apartment of about 70 sqm with approximately 800 sqm of private garden and a “Belvedere–Solarium” at pool level.
The apartment consists of: a spacious living room with lounge and dining area, kitchen, bedroom with a very comfortable double sofa bed, double bedroom, and bathroom.
Guests have access to 2 parking spaces, with the possibility of adding a third parking space.
The swimming pool is not private; it is shared with other apartments
