THE PROPERTY:

La Villetta is a charming detached house surrounded by about 800 sqm of private garden, perfect for those seeking peace, privacy and relaxation during their holiday. It is part of a residential complex surrounded by greenery, with gardens and a private shared swimming pool available for our guests.

La Villetta enjoys a beautiful view over the Gulf of Sanremo and a strategic location, just a few minutes’ walk from some of the most beautiful beaches in Sanremo. Just below the property you will find the cycling path, offering 24 km of sport, nature and relaxation along the beautiful Riviera dei Fiori.

The house, free on all four sides, offers about 70 sqm of comfortable and well-organized living space: a spacious living room with lounge and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom, and a second bedroom with a sofa bed. Both bedrooms have large wardrobes, ideal for longer stays.

Outside, guests can enjoy a pleasant 24 sqm porch facing south-west, perfect for breakfast, lunch or relaxing moments outdoors.

The property also features a beautiful Belvedere–Solarium at the pool level, ideal for sunbathing and relaxing.

Two private parking spaces are available, with the possibility of a third parking space.

The swimming pool is shared with other apartments.

The studio apartment features a very comfortable double sofa bed from the Italian brand Family Bedding, with a 20 cm mattress, kitchenette, dining area and bathroom. Please check our photos to better understand the interior of Il Villino, thank you :)

Il Villino can host a maximum of 2 guests, as there is only the sofa bed.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:

From the gate of Il Villino, you can easily access the longest cycling path of the Riviera dei Fiori, offering 24 km of sport, nature and relaxation.

Just a short walk away you will find the MD supermarket and the Bar/Restaurant La Vesca, where you can relax with a cocktail in a stunning seaside location overlooking the sea.

The city center can be reached on foot in about 30 minutes or by bike in 10 minutes.
