Villino ai Tre Ponti is a small yet charming 30 sqm studio apartment, newly built, featuring large windows that provide breathtaking views of the sea of Sanremo. The studio is part of a residential complex surrounded by greenery, with gardens and a private shared swimming pool available to our guests. The Villino offers a stunning view of the Gulf of Sanremo and enjoys a strategic location, just a few minutes’ walk from the most beautiful beaches of Sanremo. Right below the property is the cycling path — 24 km of sport, nature, and relaxation along the beautiful Riviera dei Fiori.

From the Villino gate, you can easily access the longest cycling path of the Riviera dei Fiori — 24 km of sport, nature, and relaxation. A few steps from the Villino you will find the MD supermarket and the Bar/Restaurant La Vesca, where you can relax while sipping a cocktail in a fantastic seafront location. The town center can be reached on foot with a pleasant 30-minute walk or by bicycle in 10 minutes.
